AllClear Daily Log

Each foreman adds to today. The office watches the day build.

What goes in: a line and a photograph whenever something is worth telling. Your company's own fields, from a phone, with nothing to install.

Add to today

Several people add through the day. The office sees it as it lands. What AllClear already knew is there before anyone types.

What comes out: today, as it stands.

Each entry carries the time it was added and the name of who added it, in their own words. AllClear writes none of it.

At the end of the shift the superintendent closes the day by confirming what actually happened. The day settles then. It was never written then.

Reminders, at the times you set.

You choose who adds for each site and when to nudge. It arrives as a text and they add from it. Anyone who has added is left alone, and a closed day stops asking.

Reminders never use capitals and never ask for a reply, so nobody learns to ignore an alert.

One log a day, with your fields. Not a forms product.

Your rules, your fields. You choose what your log asks, who adds, and when they are reminded, the same way you set your own limits.

Kept as it happens, the same record also supports a delay claim.

What the record adds up to
The fields are yours. A form designer is not what we sell
You shape one thing: the day's log. No inspection forms, no permits, no hazard analyses, no toolbox-talk library.
No sentences written for you
AllClear adds what it did: a rule, a reading, a call, a name, a time. The account of the work is a person's, in quotation marks, and nothing anyone adds can change a call.

See tomorrow morning on one of your own sites.

Bring one site and the rules you already work to. In twenty minutes you will see its call, the text your crew would get, and the record it leaves behind.
